Most of us spend years listening to the loudest voice in the room — the one that pushes, worries, and keeps us small. But beneath it all, there’s a quieter knowing voice waiting to be heard. This week, we’re tuning in.

Your mind is constant with competing voices, pulling you every which way.
Have you noticed and wondered, what’s that all about?
Most of the thoughts in your head aren’t truth — they’re noise.
Conditioned chatter picked up from family, culture, and old habits, running on autopilot and filling the air with pressure, fear, and doubt.
Like an annoying radio station you never asked to tune into.
When you believe thoughts without question, they fuel anxiety and keep you circling the same tired patterns.
Ease begins with knowing which voice to follow.
Because under all that noise, there’s another voice.
Quieter
Steadier
Clearer
This voice feels calm, expansive, even when it challenges you. That’s your intuition — the heart’s knowing.
A Simple Example
You’ve probably felt this tug-of-war.
In the morning, part of you wants to meditate before diving into your day.
Another voice barges in: “No time. Look at your list. Get moving!”
Or at night, your body whispers, “I’m done. Let’s rest.” But the other voice insists: “Just finish one more thing. You're falling behind!”
That’s conditioning — pushing and critical.
Kind of like a self-imposed boss who doesn’t know when to quit.
While intuition is quieter — inviting.
Rooted in presence.
Noise vs. Knowing
Here’s how you can tell the difference.
Conditioned chatter feels urgent, heavy, and contracting.
Intuition feels calm, steady, and expansive.
You don’t need to silence your thoughts.
And good luck with that one if you’re trying!
You just need to learn to sort them.
Some are old echoes.
Others are invitations toward wholeness.
Noticing the difference is the beginning of self-trust.
The Heart of It
Ease can’t come when you’re serving every thought that passes through.
It comes from knowing how to spot the noise — and how to follow the voice that knows.
The voice you trust will shape the life you live.
Something to Explore
This week, notice the thoughts running through your head and ask:
• Does this feel heavy or expansive?
• Is it pushing, or inviting?
• If I followed it, would my body tighten… or relax?
Don’t overthink it — just notice which one feels like a cranky toddler and which one feels like a wise old friend.
Start practicing the art of discernment and give the mic to the voice that feels like home.
Which voice shows up most for you — the chatter or the knowing?
